Who processes the data

BAROZA Restaurant & Bistro is operated by OK BISTRO s.r.o., Sitnianska 1, 851 07 Bratislava, company ID (IČO) 48213918, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, section Sro, insert no. 104876/B.

Enquiry form

In the form you send us your name, e-mail address, phone number, type of event, date, number of guests and your message.

We use the data only to handle your enquiry and prepare an offer. We do so at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The enquiry is delivered by e-mail to the restaurant and to the reception of the hotel BAROK Hotel a Apartmány (OK HOTEL s.r.o., Sitnianska 1, 851 07 Bratislava, company ID (IČO) 50576089), with which we organise events. The form does not store any data on the website.

Table reservations

In the table reservation form you send us the date, time, number of people, your name, phone number, e-mail address and a note.

We use the data only to handle your reservation, at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The request is delivered by e-mail to the restaurant and to the reception of the BAROK hotel; the form does not store any data on the website.

If you make a reservation by phone or e-mail, we use the data you give us in the same way.

How long we keep the data

We keep enquiries and reservations while we are handling them, for no longer than 12 months after the last communication. If an order is placed, we keep the documents for as long as accounting and tax regulations require.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies and no analytics tools. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server.

When you visit the site, the server processes the technical data needed to display the page (IP address, time of access, browser type) in its operational logs.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to object and to data portability. Just write to us at baroza@baroza.sk.

If you believe we are processing your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
